Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Transportation Planning Specialist to manage a compliance and monitoring program for TDM plans at development sites. The role emphasizes multimodal planning, zoning compliance, and data-driven monitoring across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in urban planning or development-focused TDM, strong data and report generation skills, and experience leading teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, transportation planning, environmental studies, public policy, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in urban planning, zoning compliance or related disciplines, or development-focused TDM.
• Experience in managing and maintaining databases, including data entry, format updates and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of development cycles, approvals, and construction activities and track the schedules, documentation, and TDM needs associated with those processes.
• Track development cycles and coordinate with clients, developers, and project teams to support implementation of TDM infrastructure and related zoning compliance requirements.
• Conduct and report on TDM monitoring and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate records, data systems, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure high quality materials such as reports, white papers, presentations, and briefs.
