Qualifications

• PhD or MS with 5+ years research/industry experience in CS/Applied Math/Engineering.
• Expertise in scientific computing: numerical methods, PDE/ODE solvers, computational geometry.
• Experience in HPC: distributed processing, MPI, GPU acceleration, CUDA ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance simulations and numerical solvers for semiconductor process and device models.
• Collaborate with Calibre R&D to deliver advanced EDA tools.
• Implement scalable algorithms and GPU-accelerated techniques for large-scale simulations.
