Qualifications

• PhD or MS + 5+ years in CS/Applied Math/Engineering with expertise in scientific computing, HPC and AI/ML
• Experience with distributed processing, MPI, GPU acceleration, CUDA ecosystems
• Knowledge of software release management, Git CI/CD, HPC schedulers (SLURM) and cloud execution

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance simulators and devices for semiconductor process and device modeling
• Collaborate with industry leaders to advance Calibre tool suites for advanced technology nodes
• Apply AI/ML approaches to accelerate problem solving and surrogate modeling
