Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and drive digital transformation for enterprise tax platforms. You will oversee multi-workstream projects, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver measurable financial impact.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, rigorous governance, and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax tech, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise tax technology and software implementation projects to completion.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with disciplined financial oversight.
• Oversee requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
• Support implementation of proprietary data products and automation platforms within the practice.
• Maintain master project plans, assist with billing, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and onsite engagements.
