Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors listed preferred.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• CPA/EA or attorney designation required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance for clients and ensure adherence to firm policies and TQM.
• Perform ASC 740/FIN 48 related accruals and research; review tax provisions.
• Provide tax consulting to maximize client benefits and minimize taxes.
• Develop and mentor tax professionals; manage client relationships and expectations.
• Drive strategy development and external training for specialization areas.
