Job summary

You will lead relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, CPA/EA credentials, and the ability to mentor staff. Travel may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license required or eligible.
• Senior-level experience in professional services, CPA firm, or similar.
• JD degree preferred for specialty roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review client tax returns and related financial information.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
• Supervise staff, review their work for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and engagement progress.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the firm.
