Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Active pursuit of CPA or Enrolled Agent licensure preferred.
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of tax engagements, including planning, preparation, and review of various tax returns.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and foster strong relationships.
• Conduct thorough tax research and develop proactive tax planning strategies.
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients and prepare client presentations.
• Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure quality work and professional growth.
