Job Details

We are seeking a Consulting Senior Tax Reviewer to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This position is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong background in tax and accounting to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing various tax returns, including individual, 1065 partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, Estate, Trust, and High Net Worth (HNW). The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns.
  • Provide tax planning and consulting to high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff on tax process and consult on tax issues.
  • Research and resolve technical tax issues and assist in the development of quality tax planning strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and collaborate with the tax team to prepare and deliver client deliverables.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax practices and changes in tax law.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing individual, 1065 partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, Estate, Trust, and HNW tax returns.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and laws.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to working in a team environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
