• Partner with design to understand user pain points around tax filing and reporting.
• Demonstrate expertise in deploying a product strategy and tie insights to roadmap outcomes.
• Scope, prioritize, and execute projects to deliver measurable business impact with clear objectives.
• Partner deeply with Design and Engineering and lead team processes.
• Own tax accuracy and compliance as product outcomes and communicate tradeoffs.
• Demonstrate engineering understanding and manage expectations on deadlines and scope.
• Drive camaraderie with your team and collaborate with PMs across pods/teams.
