You will partner across Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Security and other teams, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management, compliance operations, or related experience.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as payroll, HR tech, fintech, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory priorities into structured programs.
• Strong influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Product Compliance Portfolio with priorities and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and others.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early.
• Establish governance and reporting rhythms for leadership visibility.
• Deliver executable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Translate status into concise executive updates and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards tracking KPIs, remediation, and capacity.
