EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting within the Financial Services Organization (FSO). You will lead complex tax reporting, ensure FATCA/CRS compliance, and manage client relationships across banking, insurance and asset management clients.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and innovative solutions. You will work in a hybrid model, travel as needed, and contribute to budgets, resource plans, and engagement economics while mentoring teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of tax consulting or tax operational experience.
• Licensed attorney or CPA and ability to manage others.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex tax reporting solutions with global standards.
• Manage client relationships and provide advisory support on compliance.
• Oversee technology-driven tax reporting processes implementation.
