Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Tax Operations Lead to guide the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting group across NRA withholding, FATCA and related matters. The role focuses on managing data, reporting, and client interactions within a hybrid work model in the US.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of operational delivery experience, professional credentials (CPA/EA/attorney), and strong analytical and communication skills. A robust understanding of tax technology and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations and information reporting engagements for financial services clients.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with client teams and internal staff.
• Review KPIs, manage timelines and client expectations, and ensure quality control.
• Support internal audits and provide documentation of current processes.
• Drive process improvements and manage engagement risk.
