EY is seeking a seasoned Tax Operations leader to drive information reporting and withholding engagements within the Financial Services Organization. Youll oversee data preparation, reporting, and audit readiness across multiple workstreams for domestic and international clients.

The role demands 8+ years of delivery experience, CPA/EA or attorney credentials, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• A minimum of 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to draft/design business requirements, process flow diagrams and rules matrices.
• Change management, operations and process improvement experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proven skills in developing employees.
• Strong oral and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Excellent trouble shooting, execution and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across work streams.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and compliance with laws and client expectations.
• Provide guidance and development for team members and oversee engagement economics.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
