Job summary

EY is seeking a senior tax operations leader to drive information reporting and withholding engagements for the Financial Services Organization. You will coordinate data preparation, reporting, and client communications across multiple workstreams in a global, highly regulated environment.

You will guide a team of tax professionals, align delivery with budgets and KPIs, and participate in strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Oversee client interactions and monitor KPIs across work streams.
• Ensure standardized processes and provide training as needed.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation of processes.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
