Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney credential.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• Ability to prioritize and track multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience drafting business requirements and process diagrams.
• Change management and process improvement experience.
• Proven leadership and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting.
• Direct day-to-day client interactions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain KPIs across work streams and manage engagement economics.
• Provide governance, escalation handling, and risk oversight.
• Ensure standardized processes and coordinate training as needed.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Demonstrate and improve service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor budgets and billable hours to stay on plan.
• Coach and develop tax professionals and manage performance.
