Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in progressive tax roles within public accounting.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax engagements and advise clients.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for diverse clients.
• Oversee and review federal, state, and local returns and workpapers.
• Act as strategic advisor aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead relationships with client executives and owners.
• Manage multiple engagements with planning, staffing, budgeting, and profitability.
• Contribute to business development through networking and proposals.
• Mentor and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants.
• Stay updated on tax law changes through ongoing learning.
• Support the firm’s strategic objectives and client service.
