Qualifications

• CPA or EA license required.
• 9+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and multi-state tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other business entities.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services tailored to each client's objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
• Mentor, develop, and review the work of tax professionals while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Research complex tax issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development.
