Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or accreditation highly desirable.
• 5+ years in public accounting or tax consulting.
• Proficiency with business tax returns, 1120S, S Corp, high net worth.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and work with teams.
• Experience with tax planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple tax engagements for clients.
• Prepare federal and state returns for individuals and entities.
• Build and maintain client relationships and understand client business.
• Coordinate and execute detailed technical tax services.
• Supervise and mentor associates on tax projects.
• Collaborate with partners to develop new business.
• Plan and complete tax projects across various industries.
