About the Role

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will lead complex tax engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients across a variety of industries. This role combines technical tax expertise, strategic client advisory, and team leadership. You'll oversee tax compliance and planning, mentor and develop team members, strengthen client relationships, and help drive the firm's continued growth within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy services for clients.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex tax matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Review and approve tax returns, filings, and other compliance-related documents for individuals, businesses, and partnerships.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client service excellence.

What We're Looking For
