Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Experience leading tax compliance and advisory engagements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and engagement teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with relocation to NC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory work for a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters.
• Review and manage the work of Seniors and Staff, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen existing client relationships.
• Contribute to firm strategy, business development, and leadership initiatives as you grow into the role.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, helping build a strong technical bench.
• Stay current on tax law changes and help ensure the firm's practices reflect best-in-class standards.
