Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced tax professional to lead and review complex tax engagements across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state returns. You will advise on federal and state issues, ensure compliance and planning, and manage a diverse client portfolio.

In this role, you will mentor staff at all levels, foster strong client relations, and uphold rigorous quality controls on workpapers and filings to deliver accurate, timely results.

Aufgaben

• Manage and review complex tax engagements (1040, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state).
• Provide guidance on federal and state tax issues in compliance, planning, and research.
• Independently manage a client portfolio and build strong client relationships.
• Supervise and develop tax staff including seniors, supervisors, associates and interns.
• Review tax workpapers and returns for accuracy, compliance, and quality before issuance.
