Jobot in San Diego is seeking a Tax Manager to join our established CPA practice serving a diverse client base across industries. The role offers direct client exposure, ownership of engagements, and visibility within a collaborative firm focused on growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years in public accounting tax, strong research skills, and the ability to manage tax compliance from start to finish. CPA or CPA-eligible is highly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in public accounting tax role.
• Proficiency in preparing complex individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws with ability to conduct tax research.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead tax compliance engagements from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain/build client relationships.
• CPA or CPA-eligible is highly preferred.
