• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client acquisition
• Mentor and manage tax professionals to build a high-performing team
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows for timely delivery
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPD and industry trends
• Represent the firm at events to enhance brand visibility
