Job summary

This growing national accounting firm is offering a Senior Tax Manager the opportunity to help shape the practice, develop its people and progress towards office leadership and Partner opportunities.

You’ll lead complex tax engagements, build relationships with business owners and high net worth clients, and advise on trusts, estates, acquisitions and business restructurings. Developing the team and helping grow the practice will be part of your remit too.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required and at least 10 years in public accounting.
• Experience across business and individual tax, flow-through entities and complex planning.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and developing client relationships.

• $150,000 to $200,000 base salary, plus bonus

You’ll lead complex tax engagements, build relationships with business owners and high net worth clients, and advise on trusts, estates, acquisitions and business restructurings. Developing the team and helping grow the practice will be part of your remit too.

Your technical knowledge gets you through the door. Your ideas, judgment and ability to bring people with you are what make the difference.

You’ll need an active CPA and at least 10 years in public accounting, with strong experience across business and individual tax, flow through entities and complex planning. Experience mentoring colleagues and developing client relationships matters. An MST is a plus.
