The role emphasizes ownership of the tax process, collaboration with partners, and opportunities to contribute to firm growth through client proposals, CPE trainings, and new-client initiatives, with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• 5+ years public accounting tax experience.
• Review experience in preparing tax returns.
• Lacerte or ProSystem fx experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary returns.
• Lead 1–2 team members and coordinate engagement workflow.
• Provide tax planning and projections for clients.
• Own the tax process: compliance, planning, and best practices.
• Assist in business development: CPE trainings and new-client proposals.

• Review and prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary returns
• Lead 1-2 team members and coordinate engagement workflow
• Tax planning and quarterly/yearly projections for great clients
• Own the tax process: compliance, planning, and best practices
• Help build the firm: CPE trainings, new-client proposals, direct partner access

You have:

• Active CPA
• 5+ years public accounting tax experience
• Review experience
• Lacerte or ProSystem fx a plus
• $145-175K base + year-end bonus + profit sharing
• Hybrid schedule + summer hours + compressed August hours
