With offices throughout the United States and private equity backing, Prosperity is seeking an energetic, experienced Senior Tax Manager to support our growing tax practice in Iselin. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership qualities and at least ten years' public accounting experience.
The candidate will be a tax generalist that runs engagements from start to finish. They should be able to manage tax preparation for complex business, individual and trust federal and state income tax returns, research and analyze multifaceted tax issues, identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities, and work closely with the lead tax partner on sophisticated M&A transactions. Excellent communication skills are valued as candidates will frequently draft memos and correspond with clients and taxing authorities. Candidates will be strong company advocates and role models who embrace a leadership role. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, employees are expected to be in office three days per week.

Annual Salary Range: $150,000 USD - $190,000 USD
