Everbridge is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to own the tax function covering compliance and provision, reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting. The role collaborates with global teams, external providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax filings and effective tax strategies.

Responsibilities include managing federal/state/local returns, global calendar, ASC 740, and indirect taxes, with opportunities to influence M&A integration and planning for business growth.

Formación

• 6+ years of U.S. federal/state/local tax experience with Big 4 or multi-national
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA license preferred
• Experience in corporate income tax and ASC 740
• Exposure to indirect tax compliance and international transfer pricing

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review federal, state, local income tax returns and extensions
• Coordinate with international team and local providers on global tax calendar
• Prepare tax schedules for worldwide provision under U.S. GAAP and review provisions
• Oversee US sales and use tax compliance
• Respond to tax notices and support audits
• Manage indirect tax filings and registrations
• Evaluate intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
• Assist with tax aspects of M&A integration
• Initiate tax planning related to growth and entity structure
