Job summary

Everbridge seeks a Senior Tax Manager to own the U.S. tax compliance and provision process, reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting. You will coordinate federal/state/local returns, manage global tax calendar with international team, and support M&A tax matters.

The role requires 6+ years in corporate tax, Big 4 or large company, and strong ASC 740 knowledge. CPA preferred; attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience in corporate income tax and ASC 740 reporting.
• Exposure to indirect tax and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review federal, state, and local income tax returns and extensions.
• Partner with international team to manage global tax calendar.
• Prepare tax schedules supporting worldwide provision under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee US sales and use tax compliance.
• Respond to tax notices and assist with examinations.
• Manage property tax, business licenses and other indirect taxes.
