Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership
• Experience in publicly traded company environments
• Strong background in corporate income tax, tax provision, and state tax compliance
• Experience with SEC reporting, tax footnotes, and SOX controls
• ERP experience, with Workday strongly preferred
• CPA designation is a plus, Big 4 background preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740).
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support Sales & Use Tax processes and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and improve SOX 404 controls and testing procedures.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors on audits and reviews.
• Support international tax reporting (GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits).
• Lead process improvements and tax technology enhancements.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
