Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, incl. leadership.
• Public company environment experience.
• Strong background in corporate income tax, tax provision, and Sales & Use Tax.
• Experience with SEC reporting, tax footnotes, and SOX controls.
• ERP experience; Workday preferred; Big 4 background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740) and related disclosures.
• Oversee federal, state, local tax compliance, multi-state filings, nexus analyses, and audits.
• Support Sales & Use Tax processes and cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Maintain and improve SOX 404 controls, documentation and testing.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors on audits and technical matters.
• Support international tax reporting (GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, transfer pricing).
• Research complex tax issues and provide leadership recommendations.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and tax technology initiatives.
• Utilize Vertex, tax research platforms, ERP systems, and advanced Excel for reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate on acquisitions and special projects.
