Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Strong experience in public accounting tax compliance and advisory work at Manager/Senior Manager level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagement teams.
• Strong technical tax knowledge across individual, pass-through, and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory work for a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters.
• Review and manage the work of Seniors and Staff, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen existing client relationships.
• Contribute to firm strategy, business development, and leadership initiatives as you grow into the role.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, helping build a strong technical bench.
• Stay current on tax law changes and help ensure best-in-class standards.
