You will review complex returns, provide planning advice, and mentor junior staff while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed with public accounting experience.
• Experience reviewing complex individual and business returns.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with UltraTax and Thomson Reuters.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for clients.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Support growth and succession planning.
