Job summary

Platform Accounting Group seeks a Tax Manager for our Greenwich, CT office to drive tax reviews, client advisory, and team development. You will collaborate with leadership to execute the firm's vision and deliver high-quality service for owner-managed businesses.

The role requires coaching staff, managing workflow, leading client engagements, and preparing/reviewing returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates. CPA/EA and 6+ years’ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns
• BA or higher degree in accounting
• CPA / EA required
• Prior team management experience a major plus

Responsibilities

• Coach/Mentor staff to enhance skills and career development
• Manage office workflow and procedures
• Lead client engagement and become relationship owner
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts
• Provide advisory services to clients on tax, finance and business practices
• Collaborate with Tax Director to develop retention, growth, and operational strategies
