Job summary

Platform Accounting Group seeks a Tax Manager for our Greenwich, CT office to drive tax reviews, client advisory, and team development. You will collaborate with leadership to execute the firm's vision and deliver high-quality service for owner-managed businesses.

The role requires coaching staff, managing workflow, leading client engagements, and preparing/reviewing returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates. CPA/EA and 6+ years’ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns
• BA or higher degree in accounting
• CPA / EA required
• Prior team management experience a major plus

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. In addition to the traditional roll-up your sleeves tax review and client advisory, the role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership team in each office to develop and execute the firm's vision. As a Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a growing team of professionals with the needed expertise to accomplish client goals.

This is an in-office role based in our Greenwich, CT office.

What you will do:
