The firm prepares roughly 1,100 tax returns annually for high-net-worth individuals and businesses across real estate, manufacturing, construction, and professional services. You will review complex returns, provide planning advice, and mentor junior staff while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed with public accounting experience.
• Experience reviewing complex individual and business returns.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with UltraTax and Thomson Reuters.

A well-established boutique CPA firm in the Greenwich, CT area that is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing tax professional interested in long-term career growth and a potential path to partnership.

The firm prepares approximately 1,100 tax returns annually and serves a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, real estate, manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail, energy, technology, and professional services clients.

What You'll Do

• Review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory services
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Support the firm's continued growth and succession planning efforts

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Public accounting tax experience
• Experience reviewing and preparing individual and business tax returns
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship management experience
• UltraTax and Thomson Reuters experience preferred
