You will plan and supervise engagements, review complex returns, manage client relationships, and lead budgeting and billing. Mentorship, business development, and adherence to quality standards are also key. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax focus.
• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BSBA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and schedule complex tax engagements from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Perform detailed technical reviews of complex returns, workpapers, and research memos across a diverse client portfolio.
• Own key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while driving client retention and expansion.
• Manage engagement economics, including billing, budgeting, and production goals.
• Mentor and develop staff and senior associates through real-time feedback and technical leadership.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, contributing to consulting and specialized project work.
• Enforce firm-wide quality control policies and professional standards across all deliverables.
