Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Sr. Tax Manager to lead tax provision, compliance, reporting, and indirect tax activities for a public company environment.

The role oversees federal, state, and international tax matters, supports SOX 404 compliance, manages audits, and partners with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors. Strong leadership and strategic day-to-day execution are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a publicly traded company environment.
• Strong background in corporate income tax, tax provision, Sales & Use Tax, and state tax compliance.
• Experience with SEC reporting, tax footnotes, and SOX controls.

Aufgaben

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740), including deferred taxes and disclosures.
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, including multi-state filings and audits.
• Support Sales & Use Tax processes and ensure cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Maintain and improve SOX 404 controls, documentation, and testing procedures.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors on audits, reviews, and tax matters.
• Support international tax reporting (GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, transfer pricing).
• Research complex tax issues and provide leadership recommendations.
• Lead process improvements and tax technology enhancements.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
