Job summary

Responsibilities include structuring transactions, reviewing commercial agreements for tax provisions, conducting tax research, and ensuring compliance with credits and incentives while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. with bar admission or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of substantive tax legal experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings with tax implications.
• Lead audit defense and tax controversy matters at federal, state, and local levels.
• Review and draft tax provisions in commercial agreements and intercompany contracts.
• Conduct legal tax research and prepare memoranda.
