Dow is seeking an Expert Tax Counsel to join its Tax Department and advise on tax planning, M&A, audit defense, tax research, credits, incentives, and contract review. The role reports to the Managing Counsel for Global Tax and can be located in Midland, MI, Houston, TX, or virtually in Chicago/Detroit areas.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM required; admission to a State Bar or eligible for admission.
