Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
• Tax LL.M. is preferred.
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission.

• Advise clients on complex federal, state, and local tax matters.
• Structure and negotiate tax aspects of business transactions.
• Counsel on partnership taxation, including Subchapter K matters.
• Provide guidance regarding pass-through entities, LLCs, and ownership structures.
• Analyze and structure waterfall arrangements and allocation provisions.
• Support fund formation and private equity transactions.
• Advise on tax considerations related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
• Assist nonprofit organizations with tax planning and compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices.
• Lead sophisticated tax projects and manage client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and practice-growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support the firm's tax practice.
