You will advise businesses and individuals on complex federal, state, and transactional tax matters while developing direct client relationships across office locations.

The role supports advisory and transactional work, including tax planning, deal structuring, and corporate formations, with opportunities for career growth within a premier firm.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of relevant tax law experience.
• LL.M. in Taxation required.
• Experience advising clients on transactional, corporate, federal, and state tax matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Current admission to practice law in the state of the applicable office.

Aufgaben

• Advise businesses and individuals on federal and state tax planning and strategy.
• Counsel clients on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and other business transactions.
• Advise on choice of entity, corporate formation, and transaction structuring.
• Assist clients with federal tax audits and administrative appeals.
• Advise clients in matters involving state and local taxing authorities.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys across corporate and transactional practices.
• Manage matters independently while working effectively as part of a broader team.
