• Experience with fund formation, private equity, LLCs, and M&A preferred.
• Familiarity with nonprofit organizations; international tax experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated tax matters and contribute to the expansion of the firm's tax practice.
• Work closely with partners and clients across offices in a collaborative environment.
• Support business development efforts, including building a portable book of business when possible.
