Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead due diligence and tax structuring engagements for middle-market clients.
  • Assist senior team members with complex tax issues (consolidated returns, S corporations, partnerships).
  • Support reorganizations, bankruptcy planning, debt restructurings, and tax basis studies.
  • Manage multiple engagements and mentor staff at various levels.
  • Develop, motivate, and train team members.
