Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1 year of experience as an H&R Block Tax Associate, including preparing individual tax returns.
• Must complete continuing education and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining tax information clearly and asking questions to understand client needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with a dedicated Client Care Specialist who gathers client information and enables you to focus on reviewing each client's tax situation.
• Leverage H&R Block's advanced technology to prepare returns while you review results for accuracy and provide personalized advice.
• Apply the knowledge from your first season to handle a broader range of client situations with greater independence.
• Translate complexity into clarity by explaining tax information and recommendations clearly.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant H&R Block products and services based on client needs.
• Provide forward-looking guidance to help clients improve their financial picture beyond this year's return.
• Ensure accuracy of every return you touch, following IRS regulations and company standards, escalating issues when needed.
• Build lasting client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach.
