We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to manage the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns, tax estimates, and extensions. This role involves supporting tax audits, conducting tax research, and advising clients on strategic tax matters. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review complex federal and state corporate income tax returns.
2. Conduct research and draft memoranda on federal and state tax issues.
3. Prepare income tax accrual calculations in compliance with ASC 740.
4. Support corporate tax audits and provide strategic guidance to clients.
5. Manage client relationships and oversee tax professionals working on client projects.
6. Ensure high-quality tax service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
2. 2+ years of corporate income tax experience.
3. Experience with corporate tax software (Corptax, ONESOURCE, or GoSystem RS preferred).
4. Familiarity with tax research tools (CCH, RIA, BNA).
5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with client service teams.
