The Sr. Tax Analyst will oversee the lifecycle of economic development incentives, ensuring compliance, maximizing benefits, and providing data-driven insights. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, experienced in managing tax incentives and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance and reporting for incentive programs, including required filings and audits.
• Analyze financial and contractual data to enhance incentive utilization and ensure accuracy.
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations on incentive program impact.
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors to identify and optimize incentive opportunities.
• Leverage data tools to streamline processes and improve financial insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in business incentives, tax credits, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of state and local incentive programs and compliance regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
• Experience with data analysis tools (such as Alteryx or similar) and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and collaborate across departments.
• Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 + Bonus Potential
• Hybrid Schedule: Four days onsite per week
