Prepare and review returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and corporations; mentor staff; contribute to tax planning and client service; enjoy a competitive package with base pay up to $110,000 plus 15-20% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, EA or CPA/EA-track preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge with both preparation and review experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review a variety of individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate tax returns.
• Review work prepared by staff and offshore teams, providing guidance and ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with professionals across multiple office locations to support client engagements.
• Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities to add value for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop best practices within the growing tax department.
• Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
