W3Global in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Tax Senior/Tax Manager to join our growing public accounting team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of public accounting experience with a strong background in preparing and reviewing business tax returns and providing practical tax guidance to clients.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee multiple engagements, and collaborate with clients to identify tax planning opportunities while ensuring accuracy and timely filings.

Formación

• Public accounting experience with tax
• Experience preparing/reviewing business tax returns
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work with clients

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review federal and state business income tax returns for S corporations and partnerships
• Review individual tax returns as needed
• Research complex tax issues and identify planning opportunities
• Collaborate with clients to gather financial information and provide tax guidance
• Manage multiple engagements, ensuring accuracy and deadlines
• Improve tax workflow and documentation
• Mentor and train junior staff, review their work
• Manager-level: oversee client engagements and team workflows while maintaining client relationships
