Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Experienced Senior in Private Client Services to deliver tax compliance and consulting for high net-worth clients. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and business development within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You'll work on complex tax returns (individual, trust, estate, and family office structures) and collaborate with clients, family offices, and advisors to optimize tax outcomes while upholding the firm’s standards.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience.
• Experience with private client services is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in tax and consulting engagements and identifies client needs and opportunities.
• Works directly with clients and advisors to gather information for tax returns.
• Develops understanding of complex individual, trust, estate, and gift tax returns across Federal and State jurisdictions.
• Reviews basic returns and provides feedback to staff and interns.
• Analyzes tax notices and drafts responses for PCS leadership.
• Supports PCS/firm through billing, recruiting, and training activities.
