Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor/Senior Tax Manager in a remote role with occasional team meet-ups, based in Summit County, Ohio. The role focuses on high-net-worth individuals and business owners, emphasizing tax planning, advisory work, and ongoing client relationships.

You will oversee the tax team, provide guidance, and contribute to leadership growth while maintaining close client contact throughout the year. CPA and substantial tax experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active CPA credential and current status.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience in tax.
• Strong tax planning and advisory experience is essential.
• Ability to review complex returns and provide technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted tax advisor to high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Engage with clients throughout the year, not only during tax season.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
• Review complex individual and business tax returns prepared by the internal team.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide practical recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance to other tax professionals on the team.
• Support client relationships and long-term firm growth.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tax compliance and quality.
• Lead and contribute to the growth of the practice.
